Service after the sale and return policy
At Tokaido Canada, Service after the sale is our top priority:
WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF DELIVERY, In case the PRODUCT you ordered is not the correct size, Tokaido Canada will exchange or fully refund the amount paid minus the shipping AND HANDLING fees, pRovided the PRODUCT has not been USED, WORN or washed, and is in mint unmarked condition AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The client is responsible for return of the item and re-sending the new item.
In case of any defects, you have up to 30 days to notify Tokaido Canada (before waring or washing the uniform) for a full refund or exchange.
No refunds after 30 days.

SHIPPING IN CANADA:
At Tokaido Canada, we offer a fixed shipping cost for SMALL ORDERS. Larger orders, MATS, AND TATAMIS will have to be quoted. SHIPPING IS USUALLY ON THE NEXT DAY unless we are in a holiday season, in which you will receive a shipping date e-mail.
Dojo pickups: Only apply to the Tokaido products
Any orders outside of Canada will HAVE TO BE QUOTED, AND PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPMENT.
